Join the first ever Fort Collins Board Game (and Tabletop Game) Convention at the Foothills Mall on Saturday, November 7, from 10 am to 10pm (with a special VIP event Friday night). This convention is hosted by the Toy, Game, and Puzzle Library. All proceeds help the library continue to provide a welcoming place in our community for people to come together, play, and connect!

Event Info
VIP Game Party Friday Night
If you have a VIP badge, you will be invited to attend the special VIP party at the game library (in Foothills Mall) on Friday, November 6 from 6-8pm. This event will include drinks (including beer and wine for 21+), snacks, and a facilitated social deduction game called Blood on the Clocktower (limited to the first 20 people to sign up). Other games will also be available. We hope to see you there!
Game signups (coming soon)
Hosted games (i.e. facilitated board games, role playing games, etc.) will be available to signup for prior to the convention, with sign-up forms coming online in October. The number of available hosted games will depend on how many game hosts volunteer to facilitate. Other games and events (like a Bubble Pop Tournament) will be available for signup on the day of the convention. Attendees will also have the option to join a variety of drop-in games or just grab a game and start playing!
Fun for all ages
This event is open to everyone. However, we respectfully ask that young children be accompanied by an adult and keep in mind that many board games are geared toward older school-aged children, youth, and adults. However, we do have games for younger children and the library also has an awesome play area with lots of toys for children.
Game hosts needed!
Game hosts (a.k.a. "game masters") are the backbone of any game convention. These volunteers willingly share their love of gaming with other attendees and help us all have a great time! If you would like to run a game at the convention, please contact us at info@tgplibrary.org or speak to a volunteer. Thank you!
Extensive library of games available!
This convention will take place in the huge hallway area outside the Toy, Game, and Puzzle Library, which has 1,000+ toys, games, and puzzles. Attendees can play any of the library's games while at the convention.
Seeking local game designers
Are you an indie game designer based in Colorado? Interested in running a game or showcasing your work? Please contact us at info@tgplibrary.org. We'd love to feature your game at our convention.
About badge sales and pickup
Please be aware that all sales are final except under extreme extenuating circumstances. Badges can be picked up at either the Friday night VIP event (for VIP badge holders only) or when you check in at the convention on Saturday. Badges can be purchased at any time up until the event ends.
